What we collect

When you order, Shopify processes your name, address, phone number, email and payment on our behalf. We never see or store your full card or UPI details.
When you use our contact form, we receive the name, email, optional phone and order number, and the message you send.
When you join our newsletter or ask to be notified about a watch, we save your email address in Shopify, with a note of which watch you are waiting for.
If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics collects anonymous usage data such as pages viewed and device type.

To process and ship your order, send order updates and handle replacements.
To reply to your messages.
To send you a one-time email when a watch you asked about is back in stock, and newsletter emails only if you chose to receive them.
To understand which pages are useful and improve the store.

Shopify (checkout, payments and order management), our courier partners (delivery), our email provider (to reply to you) and Google Analytics (site analytics, if enabled).
We do not sell your personal data.

Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to stop at any time.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by contacting us through the contact page or on Instagram @f91w.in.
Your cart is remembered in your browser with local storage so it survives a page reload. Clearing your browser data removes it.
